• The $25.00 registration fee must be included with your completed registration form and your vocal CD.  Registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and your CD will NOT be returned.
• Registration should be dropped off or postmarked by Friday, February 12, 2010.  The Community Foundation of Carroll County, Inc. is closed on Saturday and Sundays.
• Any missing documentation will result in immediate disqualification.
• Once we have received your completed registration packet, only then will a team of judges listen to your CD to determine your future participation. 
• All Judges Decisions are final.
• You will be notified by mail of your future participation or our regrets.

• CD with two family-friendly songs,
• $25 check for Registration Fee
